Juli das “Gesetz zum Schutz der Sicherheit der Bürger”in Kraft, das neue Strafbestände schafft und Bürgerrechte einschränkt. So gilt eine Demonstration vor dem Parlament als “Störung der öffentlichen Sicherheit” und ist mit Bußgeld belegt, Bilder von Polizisten dürfen nicht mehr “unbefugt” benutzt werden.
